DIRECTOR POSITION NOW OPEN FOR NOMINATIONS

The Public Entities Pool of Ohio (PEP) Bylaws call for Directors to be chosen by PEP members through an annual process; nominations for the 2026 PEP Board of Directors election are now open.

Submitted nominations must be received no later than Thursday, October 10, 2025

Candidacy for the 2026 Board of Directors Position

3 year term: Term(s) of office commence January 1, 2026

Members submitting a candidate for consideration by the Nominating Committee may do so by submitting a letter (either by mail or electronically) officially authorized by the candidate’s governmental entity’s governing board, Chief Executive Officer, or other official who has appointing authority.

Any nominations submitted for consideration should include:
1. an authorized letter from the candidate's governing board
2. the candidate’s resume
3. a letter of interest from the candidate

Note: As Health Districts are represented by an individual filling a permanent Board seat, Health Districts may not sponsor an official or a representative for a Board position.

More Information About the Position

PEP Board Meetings are held four times a year, and are one or two days in duration.They may require travel/overnight stays. While the Director is on PEP business, reimbursement of expenses incurred by PEP Board of Directors is administered in accordance with PEP’s expense policy.

Please note: PEP will only contact those nominees who will be formally invited to run for a Board position; nominees placed on the ballot agree not to campaign during the election process.
